Structure Intel

Tactical room-level annotation overlay for SWAT and HRT operations. Build a live clearance picture on your IMDF indoor map, broadcast color-coded CoT markers for each room status, and share real-time structure intelligence across the entire element.

Tactical Room Annotation

Structure Intel sits on top of the existing IMDF indoor mapping infrastructure and adds a DuckDB-backed tactical annotation table. Every room in the structure can be tagged with a status, entry method, stack position, and reporting callsign — and each annotation is instantly broadcast as a CoT marker to all ATAK clients on the net.

🏠 High-Risk Warrant Execution

ALPHA team breaches the east entry point. As each room is cleared, the pointman radios “LIVING ROOM CLEAR” and the element's JTAC taps the room on the Structure Intel widget. A green CoT marker appears on every operator's ATAK device, confirming the room status and reducing fratricide risk from behind.

Room Status Color Coding

Six room status types map directly to CoT event types, providing a standardized and instantly recognizable visual vocabulary on the ATAK SA picture.

AI Agent Tool: annotate_structure

The annotate_structure AI agent tool enables natural language room annotation. Ask the AI agent to “mark the master bedroom as a threat with a barricaded subject” and the tool writes the annotation to DuckDB and broadcasts the CoT event — no manual UI interaction required.

🔎 Hostage Rescue Planning

During the deliberate phase, an HRT team leader uses the AI agent to generate a pre-assault structure brief: all known entry points, threat room locations, and CCP position. The AI queries the structure intel table and returns a formatted brief that can be transmitted via TAK messaging to all assaulters before breach.
